There was some amazing tools to use in our daily life, in your weekly life, which help you to have your good life. It's a very simple way, but you will learn how to set steps to help you get to your goals.
I found it very beneficial. The exercises are quite simple and easy to implement, and I've enjoyed doing those exercises. I've got to know myself a bit better. You can fit it into your week relatively easily. Having the group accountability each Sunday ensured I did get through the tasks during the week. I've really had a good experience going through it.
